To preserve professional integrity and avoid conflicts, I may decline or discontinue an engagement if:

  • the work conflicts with obligations to any employer,

  • the work requires access to confidential or proprietary information obtained through employment,

  • the engagement creates a real or perceived conflict of interest.

Clients agree not to request or rely upon internal, proprietary, or confidential information related to any employer.

7. Communication Consent (Email, SMS & Phone)

By submitting your information on the Site, you expressly consent to receive communications from me, including:

  • and phone calls

for purposes related to your inquiry, scheduling, service updates, or general business communication.
